Martha Chapman-Senior Operations Director/Office Manager

Martha Chapman is a licensed real estate professional in both Florida and Georgia and serves as the Senior Operations Director for ERA ONETEAM Realty and ERA Kings Bay Realty. With over 13 years of dedicated service to the organization, she plays a vital leadership role in supporting brokerage operations, agent success, and overall business growth. In addition to her operational leadership, Martha serves as the Office Manager for ERA ONETEAM Realty and as a trusted personal assistant to the broker-owners, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution across all levels of the business.
Martha brings more than 20 years of experience in face-to-face sales and customer
service, having built her foundation with a Fortune 50 retailer before transitioning into
ministry work that strengthened her passion for serving others. She joined the
company—then ERA Davis & Linn Real Estate—as an Administrative Assistant, where
her drive and commitment quickly elevated her into a key leadership position.
Throughout her tenure, Martha has been instrumental in modernizing operations,
including leading the successful transition to a paperless environment through DotLoop,
enabling agents to operate more efficiently in an increasingly mobile and fast-paced
industry. Her dedication to excellence and innovation earned her national recognition as
a finalist for ERA’s Office Coordinator of the Year in 2013 and 2014, and ultimately as
the 2015 National Office Coordinator of the Year across the entire ERA network.
Today, Martha continues to champion growth and efficiency by implementing all of tools
ERA and the brokerage provide and supporting agents with systems that drive
productivity, organization, and client satisfaction. Her leadership style is rooted in
service, reliability, and a deep commitment to helping others succeed—both within the
brokerage and in the communities it serves.
Outside of the office, Martha enjoys spending quality time with her family—whether
playing cards, relaxing together, or making memories at the beach. She also finds joy in
working in her yard and unwinding with a good book.
