Amy Thomas has been a driving force in real estate education and agent development since becoming licensed in 2015. After earning her instructor license in 2016 and broker license in 2018, Amy found her true calling in helping other real estate professionals build successful, confident careers. She has been actively training and coaching agents since 2017, combining industry knowledge with a deep passion for education and personal growth.

A former homeschool mom to two sons, a Navy mom, and the wife of a retired firefighter, Amy brings a unique blend of structure, service, and heart to everything she does. Her life experiences have shaped her coaching style—patient, empowering, and results-driven.

Amy’s mission is to provide agents with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to thrive in today’s competitive market. Through dynamic classes, practical workshops, and personalized coaching, she inspires REALTORS® to step into their full potential and build a business they love.

Whether she’s leading a group training or mentoring one-on-one, Amy is known for her ability to simplify complex topics, boost agent confidence, and ignite long-term success.

Andrew Linn, a third-generation Floridian and second-generation Broker at ERA ONETEAM, has a rich background in real estate and project management. After earning his real estate license in 2005, he quickly became the National Rookie of the Year, serving clients across NE Florida, including corporate clients and military service members. Acknowledged in the 2008 40 Under 40 class, Andrew emphasizes a team-oriented approach, inspired by his college baseball experience, and values collaboration within his management team. He actively contributes to the NEFAR Realtor Builder Committee and the Young Leaders Network of ERA, holding both a Florida Brokerage License and a Community Association Manager License. Outside of work, he enjoys family adventures with his wife, Jennifer, and their two daughters, Lilly and Annie.

Peggy Neldner has over 25 years of corporate management experience in relocation and real estate operations, including managing the Northwest Region Relocation for NRT, which spans Northern California, Colorado, Utah, and Hawaii, with a team of over 35. Under her leadership, the region earned multiple accolades, including the Cartus Platinum Award and the Five Star Circle of Excellence Award. Peggy began her career in Atlanta as a sales associate and progressed to roles such as branch manager, relocation director, and vice president of relocation. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, receiving both the Distinguished Service and Meritorious Service Awards, and is a former president of the Relocation Directors Council and the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council.
