Visionary Senior Pastor, Trailblazing Public Servant, and Community Advocate Dr. Presephoni D. Fuller is a mission-driven senior pastor, community leader, and public servant with more than 20 yrs of progressive ministry leadership and over a decade of executive financial services experience. Driven by a lifelong call to ministry received at the age of 15, Dr. Fuller has dedicated her life to spiritual transformation, organizational growth, and servant governance. Her dynamic, charismatic, and relatable communication style allows her to share profound truths in a clear and compelling way, uniquely uniting diverse groups around common goals.
Trailblazing Public Service & Civic Leadership In a historic milestone, Dr. Fuller became the first African-American woman ever elected to the county commission in her region’s 150-yr history. Serving as a Seward County Commissioner from 2022 to 2025, she was one of five commissioners responsible for county governance, approving budgets and appropriations, and overseeing infrastructure, public safety, and long-term strategic development. Her community development initiatives extend deep into civic advocacy. As President of the Martin Luther King Jr. Committee, she helped provide scholarships to students pursuing higher education, secured official flag honors for Dr. King’s birthday, and hosted an annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner serving over 100 people. Additionally, she has successfully secured vital grants through the Liberal Area Coalition for Families to fund local empowerment programs.
Pastoral Excellence & Kingdom Growth Throughout her career, Dr. Fuller has demonstrated a proven record of revitalizing ministries and strengthening community partnerships. As the Senior Pastor of South Church of God in Liberal, Kansas, from 2018 to 2024, she led her congregation through remarkable growth and meaningful outreach—including establishing active ministry and volunteer partnerships with the Spanish speaking community. Under her leadership, the church successfully executed a capital campaign that completely retired a $203,000 mortgage. Her pastoral oversight includes serving as a District Pastor for eight churches and as an Elder for the State of Kansas. Her pastoral journey also spans leadership roles at Total Renewal Church of God, Restoration Worship Center, Total Grace Christian Center, and Greater Jacksonville Church of God. Her ministry has consistently prioritized at-risk youth and vulnerable populations, including conducting chapel services at the David Ireland Youth Detention Center and coordinating local relief efforts for Hurricane Katrina survivors.
Entrepreneurship, Authorship, & Advocacy Dr. Fuller is a passionate advocate for women and children. She is the CEO and Founder of the nonprofit organization Sylvia’s Purple Box – The Fragrance of Hope (also known as Sylvia’s Fragrance of Hope), which supports children impacted by domestic violence. A sought-after speaker, she served as the motivational speaker for the Domestic Violence Vigil in Stone Mountain, GA. As an accomplished author, Dr. Fuller wrote Let the Daughters Speak and co-authored the Christ’s Birthday Observance Devotional. Her foundational scripture is Isaiah 61:1.

Dr. Fuller continues to walk faithfully in her calling as a wife, mother, author, servant leader, and Kingdom ambassador.
